Building your own house is one of the most important investments in your life. That is why we make every effort to work with our customers on the basis of clear principles and mutual respect. Our activities can be summarised in a few basic steps.
After receiving an enquiry from the customer, we specify the solutions that will be most beneficial to them. We use a design provided by the customer. We are also happy to refer to outside architects, who can make the design from scratch according to individual requirements.
Once you have selected a design, we prepare a quote. We present a number of construction options that you can opt for:
Payment for the construction of the log house is taken in several instalments:
40% of the investment value - advance payment for the production of wooden logs
40% of the investment value - after bringing the logs to the site
10% of the investment value - after assembly
10% of the investment value - after completion of finishing works
This is the time to specify all the formalities and sign the contract.
At this stage, the investor’s task is to prepare the foundation and make the water and sewage connections. At the customer’s request, we can also provide contact to the foundation contractors cooperating with our company in the Lesser Poland region. Once the foundation is done, we are ready to proceed and we can start building the log house. In about 2 weeks we erect the construction of the house to the pre-lock-up stage. The next approximately 2 weeks are construction works leading to the building shell state. Then, if the customer wishes, we undertake the finishing work.
After moving in, the customer enjoys living in a healthy and natural log house.
